All provisioning and administrative functions can be conducted from web-admin pages (manually) or over SOAP-procol (automated)
In operator-environment account creation is usually triggered automatically upon SIM registration or other known event (‘autoprovisioning’).
End user client software application for android is send to phone over the network; for Nokia/Sonim-devices only settings are sent.
Android users see question “Do you want to install PTT client y/n?”
