iDEN to 3G/LTE transition program
iDEN competitive position is becoming harder due to improved WCDMA speeds and emerging LTE.
Together with our iDEN-partner we have developed a technical and commercial model to conduct smooth transition from iDEN to 3G/4G/LTE-based PUSHCOM PMR service.
Key-objectives of this project has been:
- Minimal hassle for current customers; retain them all and more.
- End-user experience: provide a very familiar iDEN-style solution.
- iDEN Features: retain or enhance existing iDEN features and functionality.
- Create much more cost effective solution than iDEN.
- New features: must add value to current iDEN-users in order to motivate them switch over to the system.
PUSHCOM bring to the old iDEN customers such wide portfolio of exciting mobile terminals for which they have never used to see.
